Mandy Andress is currently the CISO of Elastic and has a long career focused on information risk and security. Prior to Elastic, Mandy led the information security function at MassMutual and established and built information security programs at TiVo, Evant, and Privada. She worked as a security consultant with Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche, focusing on energy, financial services, and Internet technology clients with global operations. She also founded an information security consulting company with clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to start up organizations.She is a published author, with her book Surviving Security having two editions and used at multiple universities around the world as the textbook for foundation information security courses. Previously, he was a divisional CISO at Capital One and has over a decade worth of experience across CIA, NSA, and the Federal Reserve Board. Amir Jakoby is a VP of Engineering at New Relic. Previously, Amir opened and managed the Israeli site of SignifAI, a startup in the field of AIOps which was later acquired by New Relic. During his eight years in the IDF serving in the 8200 unit, he led highly classified and innovative cyber security projects and won several awards. Chris Cholette started his career in Supply Chain. After a series of progressively more technical jobs he jumped with both feet into Software Development, eventually becoming Head of Software Engineering at Sunrun. Subsequent to a successful IPO, he moved on to running the Platform and Productivity group at Mulesoft, and now heads all things SRE and Productivity related at TripActions.
